Wow. And I thought you posted nice pictures when you lived in NH. But your new location puts us to shame. Those are beautiful.

Absolutely! I loved living in NH. Almost every day, my wife and I would gaze out the window and remark to each other that we were lucky to live around such beauty.

My older daughter and I were discussing this and we came to the conclusion that NH was lovely, but the mountains here are truly majestic. Anyway, this fall I really missed the East Coast fall colours. We get some of that here, but nothing like what NH has to offer.

One of the wonders of this country is that each zone has something amazing to offer. When I visited the Badlands (which were hot and dry), I quite literally was walking around with my mouth open.......enthralled with the beauty! I'm looking forward to getting a chance to hike the JMT and also Yellowstone.
