A Happy Sight - Almost Gone Soap

Like many here I keep quite a few soaps in rotation. I change my blades every 3 days and also swap out the razor, brush and soap.
Due to this it feels like the pucks never get used up. But they do - eventually.

This is a puck of Stirling's Ozark Mountains. I have been using this in my rotation since this time last year. As you can see it is almost all used up.


Photographic proof that you will eventually reach the bottom of the bowl. I like when this happens as I can choose a new soap to use in the rotation.

I like the Stirling brand and have 3 in rotation plus 2 in stock - all different scents.

Happy sight indeed! In my 5+ years of using soaps, I have never seen this in any of my containers

I have managed that a couple of times but still have a lot to go!

Other than tiny tubes of Coates shave cream, I can't recall the last time I've finished anything.

I know that I have finished a couple of Mitchell's Wool Fat, Tabac pucks, Mike's Natural and Arko and Palmolive sticks, but it's been a long time. So thanks Phil for reminding us that it can be done.

I managed to finish a puck of Dragon's Blood from Mama Bear, but that's about it in just over 2 years I loved that stuff and used it a LOT! lol

I've always wondered what that looks like.

I have a Soap Commander sample that looks like that. I have gotten a crap load of shaves out of it and it probably has 3-4 more left in it.

question how do you load the soap when it gets like that? some of my soaps are staring to cone but no where near gone, only been wet shaving for a few months. I just press them towards the center to flat it out again. I'm sure a point will come when I can't do that anymore.
