A "Carbon" Copy Perchance?

I just happened to see this while searching through some razors. CarbonShavingCo. have you ever seen this Sean? It looks familiar. Made by a company called Dural. Amazing I have never seen it before.

Base plate looks different, closer to a Chiseled Face.  Safety Bar is scalloped, not straight like Carbon.  

Handle is clearly similar.

Yeah, the handle definitely. That is what caught my eye. The rest is definitely not based on Carbon. I just couldn't resist using Carbon Copy. Haha!

Looks like a marriage between Carbon & Blackbird.

The head looks like a standard EJ DE89 clone to me.
