I have the pleasure of owning a few of Brad's brushes. One of them recently developed a problem. I contacted Brad, told him about the problem and let him know that I was not the original owner of this brush. He wrote back promptly and apologized for the problem. He had me mail it back to him. 1 week later it was back in my mailbox, fixed with no charge. Brad not only makes amazing brushes but he is a gentleman to boot!

Brad is, indeed, a gentleman. I have not heard of one complaint about him or his brushes. On the other hand, he has many many obviously well deserved compliments.

I've got a Gonzo Manchurian Fan from him. They are really great knots that just keep getting better. He is very approachable as well, and has excellent communication with you during the process.
