So, just now catching up on this thread and the Osprey in titanium should be interesting. I have to add another titanium adjustable contender as it was the only all titanium adjustable up until now. The Home Like Shaving Taiga in titanium is amazing and the adjustable slant Elbrus in titanium is also amazing. I have both in titanium and stainless and they provide amazing shaves. When Murat releases his full titanium version of the Sailor, it will be the top razor as I know his work and I know how great every single Sailor he has produced as I own all of them except one. I am also a fan of the Taiga’s and Elbrus razors by HLS but the Sailors are at the top of the heap. My Osprey is decent but it’s not on the same level as these others. I did order the titanium version so we shall see but the only other future adjustable that can take the top spot after Murat’s all titanium Sailor will be a Wolfman adjustable offered in different metals as well as an SB, OC and DC version which James has plans for. I have been getting on his nerves because I keep bugging him to focus on the design of the adjustable instead of the Guerilla which is consuming his time currently. Keep your fingers crossed because when he releases THAT…..GAME OVER!

I value the opinions of people outside of the wet shaving community when I show them my razors.
My only Sailor razor left has a wooden box. At first, the wooden box piques their curiosity. When they see the razor, all comment is that this razor looks very luxurious compared to others. Yeah, the Sailor does look very special and luxurious.

2020 coming in strong today on 5 or 6 days growth. Opened up to 8. Gotta be careful, I was careless laying it on the curve of my jaw. She can bite men. Damned close shave tho.

No sir. That is the only rhodium knot I have. The one that was piggybacking with your shipment. Thanks again for that. It's a special knot

Whoa. Great pic. Love the brush. It's been a while since I had a DG brush but Scott does great pours. That one is a beauty.

II on the dial is a nice ride. What is your number of passes? BBS? DFS?

Thank you for the kind words - love Scott’s brushes!

I’m a 3 pass + touch up daily shaver and am always chasing the Baby.  Mission always accomplished with the Sailor Smile

II seems totally reasonable for daily use on my face with your same specs. My guess is the BBS would last 6-8 hours, which would be perfect to allow regrowth.

You have much experience with Wolfman razors? Curious as to your overall thoughts of the WR2 vs Sailor comparison...and specifically which WR2 gap you think is closest to a II.
