Maybe I'll use it on Saturday morning just to rub it in :p

First, the moderators who participated in the scent profile testing, and arranging for this to happen: Everything from selecting the vendor, the scent, the label, etc - That all takes time. Speaking from someone who is frequently pulled in many different directions, I appreciate your time spent. Truly.

For Scott: it's truly an honor for us to have your talents go towards a limited edition product we can be proud of. We also recognize it takes much time on your part to put everything together. I'm sure that you frequently hear the "complaining" side of being an artisan. Well, here's the praise to (hopefully) even it out.

And lastly, for the DFS forum & community. I've been a member of this and other forums for about a year now. But this is the only one I'm truly active on. That's in large part to the welcoming nature of most people and the engaging discussions. I appreciate that the moderators do not operate with a heavy hand as well.

I guess I'm about done here. I have no idea why inspiration struck me this morning to write these sentiments. But I'm glad it did.

thanks for the kind words!

It smells sharp and citrusy out of the tub and bottle, but I did notice that the soap and AS smell slightly different. I'm sure that's just a result of the soap base affecting the scent. I like it quite a bit, but I'm going to reserve full judgement for tomorrow when the soap is lathered and the aftershave is applied. I'm sure the scent will open up and reveal some of those hidden notes.
