I'm ordering one tonight or tomorrow. after the cost of the bed, a box spring and a knickerbocker frame (high quality steel), I'll be looking at around $1,280 for everything. not too bad!

I'm curious, too, Andrew. I should have replaced my mattress several years ago. I'm due for a new one.

By the way, will you be getting the 5" or the 10" mattress?

We're looking into mattresses as well and I considered T&N for a while, but I think we're going to go with a Dynasty Memory foam.

$580 with 4.5 Stars from 1k+ reviews is too tempting to pass up.

the tuft & needle is in the same boat, just more expensive.

yes, 100 days no questions asked if you buy it from their site directly or 30 days if you buy it from amazon because of amazon's return policies. shipping seems to be free regardless if you buy from their site or on amazon. the cool thing about tuft & needle is that if you don't like the bed within their trial period, rather than keeping it in some warehouse they have, they'll donate it to a local shelter in need.

My thing is, I want to try out a mattress first and you can't do that without a bricks and mortar store.  Yes the bulk of reviews are good.  However, I  read the bad reviews, too.  Also, any review where someone gets compensation, I ignore.  T&N had a lot of those.

In the end, I  may have to hit up b&m stores.  I hate shopping for mattresses, which is why I have held off too long buying a new one.
