This member just left me detailed negative feedback about a purchase he made from me, yet he failed to mention that I twice told him to send the brush back and I would refund him. It was one of the first things I said when he told me was was unhappy with the purchase. It is entirely unfair, misleading, dishonest, and disingenuous to publish the negative comments he did about me without also acknowledging I offered him a full refund right away, without hesitation. He also accused me of knowingly selling him a “shedder”, which is patently untrue, and told me I lacked class. This was a very disappointing experience.
