All's well that ends well. Matt sold me a Declaration brush but was mistaken about which batch it was. He was responsive once I realized his mistake and gave options to make it right. The issue was resolved with no drama. Honest guy, and he has plenty of positive feedback on TSN. I won't hesitate to buy from him again.
