There was a soap I wanted to try but couldn't get. Doug had two and offered to sell me one of them, even though it was not on the B/S/T. I added a bit more to what he was asking, to pay for shipping. Within an hour, my account was refunded the difference and he said shipping was included. The soap was sent Priority mail and I received it in just a couple of days.
