I sold Jason a DG brush that I strongly believed was from a certain batch that he was looking for. I received an update from him telling me the batch I thought I had was incorrect (confirmed with the Artisan), and he was very professional in dealing with my mistake. I ended up giving him a refund to a more comparable sale price, since he was happy to keep the brush (I offered him a full refund to return it). Very professional gentleman, very civil and understanding. This quality is so hard to find these days! I appreciate Jason's attitude, and it reaffirms that we really are a community here, not just people on the internet engaging in business transactions. Cheers!
