Member was extremely flexible with the situation. There was a shipping issue that required Scott to put in some extra work and I was extremely grateful for that. He was extremely helpful, generous and willing to go the extra mile to solve the issue at hand. He shipped the soap I purchased right away and the soap had arrived just as advertised. I would buy/sell/trade with Scott again in a heart beat. Deal with confidence!!!
