Josh and I have done business before, but this time it turned out to be joke of a transaction - I misplaced label on two packages. The other person wasn't as understanding as Josh (I don't blame him honestly, after all it is I who erred.) Josh was extremely understanding and patient - for that I am grateful. I hope to have many wonderful interactions with him here.
