Gents,

If you are looking to try a new soap, I personally think that Zingari Nomad in the Sego Base is worth a look.

ITS AWESOME!

I just had a ridiculous shave...I just kept thinking to myself throughout the entire shave “Beautiful...Beautiful!”  It produced an incredible lather...extremely dense, protective, and slick.  The residual slickness was off of the charts, and I do value residual slickness!

The Nomad fragrance is not overpowering, but also not overly muted, and it smelled of Lime and Bay Rum.  I liked it quite a bit!

Equipment:

Soap:  Zingari Nomad in the Sego Base

Brush:  Semogue TSN LE Boar

Bowl:  Large Singing Bowl

Razor:  Carbon Shaving Co

Blade:  Wilkinson Light Brigade on its third go

Aftershave:  Shave Tonic

Post-Shave Serum:  Sebum Lime

Results:  Superior Irritation Free BBS

This was from a 20-25 second load on the puck with the damp boar brush!

While lathering, this joker took a whopping SIX tsp of water!  The lather was so dense, and slick it was ridiculous!  In these next photos, check out the angle of the brush...the lather kept it stuck on a diagonal...it wasn’t standing up straight, and it wouldn’t fall all the way over!

Here are some other lather pictures...initial impression is that this is a top tier/possible top five soap...all the way...fires on all cylinders!

Sorry...I don’t have a clue.  I just bought mine off of their website.

Perhaps they would be willing to ship your way?

Thanks Matt, by the looks of your pics it would definitely be worth the wait and the added expense.

Thanks for sharing.

Zingari is available from Maggards, who I believe have rather affordable international shipping.

That's alot of water, alot of soaps 2/12 or 3ish tsp. is about enough. I agree that's alot of water.

Yes...I was pretty blown away!  It was only 20-25 seconds of loading the soap, which yielded enough for many many passes after the bowl lathering.

I was adding a half tsp at a time with syringe during the actual bowl lathering.

Truth be told it could have taken a little more, but the consistency was beautiful enough for me...and it was getting ridiculous!

The shave and end result was great, so I was happy I stopped when I did!

Every YaQi synthetic brush I own lathers every soap just like that and usually in less time on my face.

I'm glad I had one ,The magician, on order already. Yeah I kinda geek on the soap syringe water and now sort of measured spray bottle method. It's not for most people but ,see I know alot more about this soap, before it arrives. Great info, to me.
