There have been questions raised regarding whether the site was actually open Thursday. I know of 3 people monitoring this site all day that claim it never opened

It was open. Actually, was open for somewhere near 40 minutes surprisingly lol

Gentalmen I did not mean to start a controversy... my post was simply to convey that the elusive Wolfman Razor was available for purchase.  I suppose I have not been around this site long enough to see past Postings regarding the particular subject.

A lot of people are extremely susceptible to conspiracy theories and what not when it comes to wolfman razors. Other than that, DFS is a nice place to hang out and talk about shaving.

Saving through Spending
Yet another reason why I have lost almost all interest in wolfman; there is somewhat of a strife over if he actually sold a few razors for 10 minutes yesterday...

Do not feel bad you just saved a lot of money on a razor that is just shiny which shaves just like a $55 razor.

dmiller622 ... Many of your post have not been positive regarding Wolfman razors... can you explain further why you dislike Wolfman razors?  I don't mean to open a bag of worms but there are plenty of razors that cost more that don't draw your ire.

I have nothing against Wolfman razors nor any razor in general. I have not been a member here very long and I am a long time member in another community.

Wolfman razors are rarely ever mentioned maybe twice in 2 years in my other community so I was just curious about the obsession with these razors. Yes, I have shaved with two different wolfman gaps in the past 4 months from someone loan them to me. They are a beautiful looking razor, but not the best performing razor out there so I just mind boggle on why all the rage for this razor.

I guess it is the thrill of the hunt sort of speak to get ones hands on this razor. I can afford to purchase one, but I am not a hobbyist or collector so I just want a shave.

DFS is a great community and I have to say it is one of the best out there and I mean no disrespect whatsoever and I will stop further commenting on the wolfman razor. Everyone in this community has been great and I have learned a lot more even after all these years DE shaving from you guys.

I check daily also. I had one in my cart a couple months back. Pressed purchase and it was sold out. Guess the hunt is what makes this hobby fun though.

I really look forward to reading Wolfman threads and the wide variety of comments, opinions and theories.

I do try 5 times a week - part of the thrill is in the chase. However, budget is tight right now so enjoy seeing the "sold out" come up.

What's the difference between the open comb and the dual comb?
