Very nice collection there...I see a Copper Charcoal Goods peeking in there. What is the razor on the left next to it?

All 5 current handle options. All bought in 2018. Holding them all, I can't pick a favorite. 1 and 2 are larger diameter and 3 is a tad longer. 7 is a totally original design but it seems kinda small the way it necks. 1 and 2 are definitely the grippiest and the ones I will use predominantly, I've almost dropped one of my 3's.

I’ve got a Copper Charcoal Goods lvl 2 SB hiding up there along with a Brass CG OC in Bright finish, and a Brass CG SB in Antique Finish, a Paradigm 17-4, a Timeless .95 OC, and a Blackland Blackbird Black Oxide SB/OC. The Brass Razor to the left of the Copper CG is a hand polished Karve Razor with “D” Plate.

OP here. I wanted to come back to this Old Post and leave my thoughts, now that I've actually acquired a Wolfman and used it for sometime. I ended up getting a .54 blade Gap with a 7 handle in brushed stainless. It's a very nice razor and quite enjoyable to look at and use. That said, it is not hands in a way better than the Rockwell. It is a good razor, but there is no magic compared to the Rockwell. In fact, I would say that the Wolfman has slightly more blade feel then the Rockwell. My .54 is equivalent to a Rockwell plate 3.5. One area where the Wolfman is much better is how light and agile it is. The Rockwell now feels so heavy and chunky to use. The Wolfman feels much better. So, after some comparison, I will sell off the Rockwell and keep just the Wolfman. However, if you are contemplating the same choices I made, be happy with the Rockwell because it is a very good choice. The Wolfman is nice, but part of it is the chase. Additionally, James is so swamped and busy that it leaves little time for a warm and fuzzy customer service experience. I was hoping to maybe get a different handle along with what I got, but since I didn't order it right with my main order I was out of luck. I didn't even get a response to my email, even after I spent all that money. Sort of disappointing and in stark contrast to my customer service requests with the Rockwell Company.

You might want to keep your Rockwell. It’s nice to have a little variety every now and then.

I was a little surprised by the customer service too. I think he's just simply swamped. I think there is no time other than to kick out a razor and move on. Before, I was under the impression that once you are in, you are in. I know that there was a time when he would have adjusted blade gaps and really make sure that the razor was just right for you. That time is no more, at least in my experience. I will sell the Rockwell because I also have a Colonial General that I use as my alternate razor. I like it quite a bit too.

So if you had an issue with the razor then how would you resolve it? I understand that he may get a lot of emails re buying,but to not reply to an existing customer that has spent a decent sum of money for the product, to me seems like very poor business etiquette.

I've had no issue at all with the customer service. I've not asked him to change an order though, only add to. An extra handle, a Darwin when they weren't offered, even the WRA2 stand when it wasn't offered.

As for "once you're in, you're in"...that's not my experience at all. I've ordered a pile of razors in a short period of time. He totally ignored my Guerrilla request. He also politely declined to sell me an alternate material. I understand his boundaries, I think, and I don't do anything to push him off or get on his "no buy" list of there is such a thing.

I've heard he loathes a certain handle maker. I don't own and never will own one of them....no matter the quality...on the chance that rumor is true.

I also heard he monitors the second hand market. No of my razors will ever see those sites on the chance he does monitor it.

James is razor Santa. I'll make sure I'm on his good list as best I can. I love the gear and plan to buy more.
