I have a 0,61 and a 0,67. I have had a guerilla twice and sold them each time. The guerilla, while very smooth, is less efficient than the 0,61. I honestly don’t find much difference between the it and the 0,67. I have ordered a 0,74 from James because he doesn’t regap so I feel your pain. He will do a non-listed gap like a 0,71. I have read the 0,74 is pretty smooth but you to pay attention to what you are doing. James confirmed this as well.

My recommendation is if you like the guerilla a 0,61 is fine. 0,67 might be a step up buy I don’t think it’s noticeable IMO but YMMV.

I have an OC and DC in standard gap. I find them to be extremely smooth and efficient. I have never tried a 0.67 or 0.74 but based upon my experience with a 0.61 (standard gap) I am afraid those would be too aggressive for my taste.

I have a .61 and a .67. Both remarkably effective and comfortable. .67 get me just a hair closer but the biggest differences for me is blade feel. Much more perceptible blade feel on the .67. Both razors have taken down 3-4 day growth on A first pass in effortless fashion.

I had the standard gap 0.61 OC and found it a bit too mild. I also had the Guerrilla and sold it because I found it very very mild, more so than the Wolfman 0.61. I then got the 0.74 OC and find it very efficient, but I agree that you do have to pay attention or you’ll get weepers. Maybe the 0.67 is the sweet spot for you...

Take this with a grain of salt but I have a .74 and a .86 and find the .86 to be a smoother shaver.
IMO the .86 OC Wolfman is the only razor that outperforms my Paradigm 17-4 but interested to try the OC base on the 17-4 when he releases it.
If James offered a more aggressive gap than .86 I’d absolutely try it.
If you’re unsure, I’d go for the standard .61 blade gap but don’t be afraid to take a flyer on something slightly more aggressive if you’re leaning that direction.
(Edit: Both razors are open comb)
