First off.....I’m a major fan of WhollyKaw.

I have received and tried the new coconut in donkey milk. Very, very dissatisfied with the fragrance. I found it way way too intense and overbearing. To me, it smelled like a very strong cheap suntan lotion. There was coconut and a hint of citrus. But....it did not smell like a natural coconut scent. Much more artificially smelling to my nose. Maybe a 9 on the 10 point scent intensity scale. It calmed down a small bit when lathered. That said, the scent was almost choking while shaving.

It’s disappointing...this could have been a real winner. But...as WhollyKaw is apt to do sometimes, they went way too overboard with the scent intensity. What I really wanted...and expected....was a nice, refreshing, subtle natural coconut scent for the spring/summer. This wasn’t even close.

Oddly, I also found it did not perform as well for me as my other WK donkey milk regulars...Man From Mayfair and my favorite..Lav Sublime. Something just wasn’t right. Not as creamy or cushioning.

Who knows? Anyway....that’s my take. Your experience may very well be very different.

Scent wise, it sounds like a summertime winner to me. PAA The Beach is one of my favorite aftershaves, and your description of the WK Coconut sounds very similar. Anyone out there using both, and wish to comment?

Your performance comments give me pause.

It seems that most today want really powerful scents. I guess to remind them that they are getting their money's worth perhaps.
Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.
