Who Made This Handle?

I have this handle and like it and use it often.  It's blue titanium.

I thought it was a Jurgen Hempel.  However, I looked at some old notes and it said Triad.

Can you folks help me?  Anybody know who the maker was?  I'm pretty sure its Hempel but want to ask.

Could be triad. No way to tell.  Toby sent me this design in a previous correspondence. Similar aristocrat style with the knob bottom. 

Best, as always, is to go to the source. I bought one of Toby's older Ti handles on ebay. I sent him a message (On ETSY) with a photo.
He replied and not only confirmed that it was one of his, but when it was made ...

Update 1.  
I sent a message to Toby on Etsy asking him.  I've further searched Google images and saw some pix that closely match this to a Jurgen Hempel "Microfine" type.

Update 2: 

Toby replied "I’m pretty sure that’s a Hempel I went through older photos and couldn’t find it. I did make a few that looked similar but they weren’t titanium."

That settles things for me.  I'm comfortable that its a JH.  And its still one of my favorite handles.
