Compared to the wr2 1.25, a wr1 will let you down. I wanted to love mine but after 3 years trying I let it go.

You don’t unless James makes a special exemption. I know of 2

There should be more than 2, unless you are talking about recent orders. Brass and copper were both available as regular options at one time, but I assume it was too hard to manage, so he dropped everything but SS. I’ll be curious to see if he makes more metals available once he catches up to the wait list or if he’ll develop a new razor. I like them WR1 and WR2, so I’m sure I would like anything else he comes up with.

I prefer the WR1 head to the WR2. The 0.74 has been my favorite so far, with the 0.86 being excellent as a very high efficiency option. I have an 0.80 as my next order.

Agreed. For me it’s a range of 0,54 to 0,67 DC customs

Daily driver - 1.05 (3 passes) - 1.25 (2 passes). Every other day I'd go with 1.25 - 1.35

I started buying Wolfies in Jan 18. I'm almost certain there was only 2 drops where alternate materials were an option. Ti was not available in April/May of 18 drops. Brass and bronze were. I hit both drops but only got one bronze set, stupid me passed the second time thinking alternates would be there next time. Copper was not an option on those 2 drops. Copper musta been offered at some point prior to Jan 18. On a side note, I have an 86OC head on somewhat of a mini-pass around amongst friends. If there are 4 or 5 more friends that would like to try it, I don't mind it staying out of for a bit. PM me if interested, just have a history with me personally or have been around DFS for a while. No newbs I don't know. Please.

For me the .74 WR1 DC is a great daily shaver, the .94 WR1DC is great if you dont shave everyday, it is very smooth but each day I have less to shave and by day 5 I start to get irritation. the 1.45 WR2 i have used daily for a full week without issues but also less to shave everyday

Looks like my 'which wolfman' choice is none of them.

I have WR1 0.74 DC, 0.86 OC, 0.94 DC, WR2 1.15/125 OC/SB DC, 1.25 OC, 1.55 SB. Also a BBS-1 which is essentially a WR2 1.00.

I've had WR1 0.61 in both SB and OC. They were my first Wolfman razors but I eventually sold them because they didn't make the cut (pun intended)  Tongue

Reminiscent of the old WW1 song, 'How you gonna keep 'em down on the farm, after they've seen Paree' (Paris)

I was leaning toward a WR2 1.35 but with the aforementioned arsenal, what is that really going to add ?

I'm going to postpone in case the juices start flowing again. Right now I've gone cold on SS WRs.
