I like both soap bases and cant choose between these two scents. I have Ozark Mtn aftershave and smells nice and piney that should go with either. I read Mike's is 1/2 pine and 1/2 cedarwood which sounds nice. Have you tried both, and if so, do you have a scent preference?

I do like piney scents, never smelled Mikes but have smelled Ozark. But the one I own and love is Saponificio Varesino Stella Alpina, Long Rifle Leatherstocking is a runner up. Ozark is ok though

I have both of the soaps and enjoy each. However, in my opinion, Ozark has more of a cologne-like piney scent. Whereas with Mike's, it's a straight up wood scent.

Both are nice scents. Mike's is heavier on the pine than the cedarwood (I detect almost no cedar notes) and is a nice scent for this time of year. Stirling Ozark Mountain is a much more complex woodsy scent. My vote would be Mike's for performance, Stirling for scent.

Definitely agreed with this, I think Mike's is the more 'natural' of the two and not as in-your-face as Ozark.

I'd choose Mike's Pine and Cedar Wood, it is an excellent scent.

I went with Mike's. It was delivered today and smells great. Thanks for the input.

I've never tried Ozark, but Mike's P&C is a very pleasant scent. Great choice.

I shaved with Pine & Cedarwood today and found that the scent mostly disappeared after lathering. There was a faint smell but nothing to exciting. Same for the scent from the tin after the shave. Not much going on. Performance was great as is expected with Mike's soap. I may give it another chance or put it up on the BST.

I also have both soaps and I would second HoosierShave 's assessment.
