Whats this brush?

A friend sent me a brush and trying ro determine what it is. He said knot is badger but had no other info on maker of brush and no markings on handle.

Can't tell. Pic is blurry.

As it's unmarked, I believe its a non-descript, nothing-special brush from one of a jillion factories in the Far East.
Most mainstream brushmakers and nearly every artisan identify their works in some fashion.
