Traditionnel v. (Le Père Lucien) ★★★★☆ lemon, rosemary, thyme, lavender, eucalyptus
Smells like you've taken a weed whacker to your herb garden. It's fresh, green, and tart all at once. It's also fairly strong, but nicely balanced, and I think it's my favorite scent from LPL. I've been working on this tub for a couple years, and the lather has been pretty good. But today I discovered that palm lathering (à la Merkur Man's famous video) can give this soap much more body and slickness. It's a messy process, but it allows you to add more water and make a better lather. The suds still lack stability, though, so shave quick.
