used a tin of WSP formula T mahogany that I picked up like 9 months ago when I was in Chicago...yes, I'm slow to get around to using products!

I transferred the soap to a plastic tub I bought from maggards...I hate those tiny metal tins. from my first time using the soap, it appears to be quite thirsty!

Is it as chocolaty as everyone says. I always hear you don’t smell the tobacco and it’s like lathering your face with a Hersey’s bar lol

It's close Big Grin

To me, the scent is more reminiscent of a dark chocolate, maybe even more cocoa than chocolate. There are "other" things going on in the scent but I'm not good at picking out scents, let alone trying to describe them. But, I only have a couple more shaves before that tub is gone...guess that tells you I need to cut out the desserts Smile

To me, the scent is “office Christmas party” — chocolate, perfume, and booze. I love it! Smile However, a friend of mine smelled it, and his very first word was “tobacco”. It’s such a multi-faceted scent, that I think your past experiences would play a big role in how you’d perceive this scent.

I’ve used a sample of this soap for several amazing shaves this summer. To me, it’s not quite the jasmine scent I know from the flowers (it’s sweeter and not as sharp), but a wonderful scent nevertheless, and the lathers have been fantastic.
