I've really been enjoying my shaves the past week with the Cremo, and the Trac-ll. My shaves have been smooth, and irritation free. Cremo makes going against the grain almost effortless because it is so slick. I really like the cooling effect from the Peppermint, and Menthol too.

Oriental Plum (Calani Seifenmanufaktur) plum jam
The puck smells like juicy plum jam cooking on the stove. The lather, on the other hand, is as dry as driftwood. It takes scads of water. I didn’t get it right until the third pass, but when it was fully drenched, it turned as slick as a papaya seed. I ended up a little tight and tender, probably because I didn’t use enough water at first, but after an hour everything loosened up, and even without any balm, my face keeps getting smoother.
