Jeeves of Hudson Street - Private Study: An great lathering Bay Rum scented soap!
Barrister and Mann Le Grand Chypre
Bouki, while I certainly don't have the wordsmithing skills that you do at describing scents, I'll give it go. I would say this is a bright, fresh scent that has citrusy/peachy notes along with a light floral (rose) on top of a woody base. I detect sandalwood or oakmoss if I give it a deep sniff. There's also an herbal note in there somewhere (tarragon perhaps?). It is rather a complex but pleasant smelling soap that is perfect for the change into spring. I usually prefer earthier type scents, but I have enjoyed these last few shaves with it for sure. Hope this helps!

Brilliant description, wyze0ne! Thanks very much. It helps a lot. I was wondering just how fruity Le Grand Chypre is. Your mention of peach makes it sound all the more interesting. Maybe it's Will's take on Mitsouko.
