Last night and Tonight:
Speick (two sticks grated in bowl)

Forgot how incredible this soap is A-to-Z. Skin feels great afterwards. Nice, relaxing herbal scent.

Traditionnel (Le Père Lucien) lavender, rosemary, thyme

A stout mix of herbal aromas that could just as easily go in the stew pot as on your face, Traditionnel smells like a bouquet garni from the south of France. Rosemary and lavender take center stage while all sorts of green and woody notes caper around the sides. I use it and can’t stop thinking about the exquisite scent of bœuf en daube just when the lid comes off the pot for the first time, and with the steam there arises a confusion of luscious garden smells.

Traditionnel’s lather is quite light, almost to the point of frothiness, but it still gave me a good shave, and I felt no discomfort afterwards.
