A new soap today in Fine's L'Orange Noir.  The scent is spot on for DR Harris Windsor which makes this soap redundant as I have several pucks of Harris (fearing. Trumper-esque reformulation).  This soap is stated to be a Tabac-base dupe but I don't find that to be the case.  Tabac, at least in my water, is quicker to lather and more fluffy in nature.  Fine offeres a lower structure lather that is very protective and very slick.  The finish is a downgrade though.  This one left me dry.  I love hard old school pucks and it seems that "dry" comes with the territory.  You won't be able to skip a balm with this one.  Tabac is better. Harris is better.  But the scent!  Aftershave lasts most of the day
