What soap/cream did you use today?

This morning was Art of Shaving Sandalwood tallow. Hey, I repurposed a fly line tin to hold a couple of pucks of this glorious soap. I believe that if I could only have one soap, this discontinued beauty would be my choice. The scent is manly. Clean and woody without a bunch of perfume notes. Performance is beautiful with easy lather providing adequate slickness if you don’t get stingy with the loading and water. I chose this one today because today was the first time in a couple of weeks I felt good enough to enjoy a three pass shearing. Had a knee replaced two weeks back and my shaves were to get to “acceptable” rather than perfection. Great shave today.
