A new brush for the den (Wild West Brushworks) with a 26mm Brown synthetic.  This morning was my first shave with the Brown synthetic and I was very impressed.  It has decent splay and backbone.  It's not as soft as a Cashmere/Motherload/Timberwolf but it is "a tier below" compared to those.  Overall, a really great performer.  I just wish they offered it in a 28mm or 30mm.

Teton Shaves Bonus brush today.  He makes a brush handle on occasion from the bits of left over resin as he pours other blanks.  Sometimes they are giveaways but other times they are amazingly interesting.  This was one of the second type.  I do like barber style handles.

Dodgy I still dislike it, except for the colour of the handle. Almost a classic Fiesta Red (think 1956 Ford Thunderbird, or a Fender Stratocaster).

This brush and knot is one of my favorite!  It doesn’t really get broken in until I’m guessing a good 50 to 100 shaves and then it’s as soft as a feather.  Big face feel no doubt but you can pinch the bottom of the knot with three fingers and it acts smaller.  I never do that though.  When you get tired of it pm me.
I'm going to try one of those ponytail elastic bands next time.

Monday - an unbranded 20 mm boar.

The knot displays Shonen Hair most of the time due to abuse by the original owner, and is a bit too soft and thin, but I love the look of the handle.
I'd like to replace it with an APShaveCo SilkSmoke synthetic, but they don't come in that small a size.
