Jeff,

How to you like your Cashmere?   I've been thinking of getting one.  I seem to be going synthetic full time as I don't use my  badgers much or boars at all.

Thank you,

John

Hi John! I like the Cashmere quite a bit. I pretty much have a 3 brush rotation right now of it, the Tuxedo and Maggard black fiber synthetic. I don't like it as much as the Tux though. It is probably just as soft but a little springier. I think that is due to the higher loft it is set at though. I didn't have a choice in that as I ordered the one that came in the olive wood handle. I would've liked it set a little lower myself. I do love that handle. It's very ergonomic and looks nice too. I hope this helps!

BTW, today I used my Zenith B08 boar just to change it up a little.

HI Jeff,

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the Cashmere. Similar to you, I too pretty much have a three brush rotation of synthetics; the Stirling, the Brush Guy brush with a BOSS (game changer?) knot that I really like and the AP Shave Co. Tuxedo which is also pretty nice. Thanks again.
John

johnz3333, you're welcome! If you like synthetics, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Today I used my new Big Bruce from RazoRock. 26mm synthetic, and it gave a wonderful face lather and was more easily controlled than I imagined a "big" brush would be! $14 well spent, in my book!

My favorite brush. I absolutely love this thing. Hooked gel tips, and the perfect melding of backbone and density...
