Lip. You are right. My favorite knots are 28s. I just reset 4 alphas [26mm RR synthetics] and they don't splay well.  Any suggestions on 26 and 28 heights.

Yes sir but not in mm.  I use a dab of silicon and coins to,play with knot height.  A little will hold a knot in place and a paper clip can work to,remove coins to set deeper.  After I find where I like them I can permanently set them by trimming the silicon away with a utility razor and setting with epoxy.
