Simpson Somerset Chubby 3 Extra Super (Manchurian) (30/62), one of my favorites. Very 'bushy,' it's great with both soaps and creams.

I like big knots too and find the tux to be needing higher loft in the big mms to keep from being too boney. My biggest right now is a 28mm and I lofted it a touch too short. It's easing up some though.
