No pics but I made Caramel Chicken last night and my wife and son gave me thumbs up on it. Essentially it's chicken breasts sautéed in olive oil for about 7 minutes per side. The sauce is soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, garlic cloves (I also added small baby carrots), water, ginger and salt and pepper. You add the chicken back in and saute it for another 25 minutes. Then reduce the sauce for about 5 to 10 minutes. I served it with Basmati rice. I add a pat of butter and some chicken bullion to add some flavor to the rice.
