Paradigm Titanium II with a Gillette Platinum 'Swede' (5). See my SOTD post. The Ti II has a handle that is relatively slippery when wet, but it does provide more auditory feedback and blade feel (while still being less aggressive, somehow) than the 17-4. Over the next couple days I'll try each with different handles.

Paradigm 17-4/UFO Colibri with a Gillette Platinum 'Swede' (6). The 17-4 worked just as well as, if not even a touch better than, it does on its own Paradigm handle.
