Hi Rob. I have mentioned The Gentleman's Groom Room in Dundee, Scotland several times and the proprietor, Ian, is just amazing. After I made my purchases, he graciously threw in a few free samples and then mentioned this blade. He only had a few individual blades left and gave me one. However, he showed me the advertising card that packs of blades used to be pasted to and on it the blade is listed as a Perma-Sharp (which is also shown on the blade itself) and the address is shown as Scotland. I believe Ian said they were produced there. The wrapper simply states that it is British but that can be common in the U.K., as opposed to listing the actual country within the Kingdom (Scotland, England, Wales, or Northern Ireland). That's really all I know about these blades but that first shave with it was a pleasure.
