What is this blade anyone have idea?

Came out of Orphan Bad with many Blades, it was in Paper, think there might be WaterMark on says "KAI", but not sure if it is real or counterfoil.  Two images below, and ideas?  Real Deal "KAI".  WaterMark more visible in Bottom IMAGE.
