What do you want in a Shaving soap

Thank you for all the input. A friend of mine is thinking of it. He has the nose for all these scents, me, I can barely smell , so I thought I would throw this out as him and I have been talking about it for months, and see what other wet shavers thought.

I would encourage him to give it a try. It doesn't need to cost a lot of money. He'll quickly see whether the work is something he wants to pursue. A business can be full time, or a part time side business.

Gotta have some kind of animal fat in there. Intriguing scent profile, as I like the heavier scented soaps, and I am more prone to buying soap instead of croap
