We received an order for 500 units of shaving soap from someone representing themselves as Bob Jacquart. This person wanted us to use a very specific freight company with of all things only an email as contact to a XXXXX@AOL.COM. AOL for crying out loud!
They wanted to do a very speedy transaction with us paying for the shipping (to El Salvador) and billing them for the product and shipping together to be paid with a credit card.
I thought it was fishy. The real Bob Jacquart is a businessman up in Michigan and his assistant told me on the phone that they have received a number of emails and calls about this from varied businesses.
Watch out.
