I picked this up from a forum member a while ago. He flattened the hone for me. I tried finishing a razor once on this razor and realized that I can barely hone on a 3" wide stone, let alone on this 1" wide one.
More description "Silky, glorious draw on the razor, fast working and super smooth edges. The only downside really is that it is on the narrow side of hones, so you do need a decently steady hand when working with it. The box label appears to read "The Genuine Water Hone" at the top with some instructions."

The dimension of this hone: 5" x 1"
The label is almost unreadable, but I could pick up a few words and then searched those online and found a similar one (shown in my album).
Asking $45 CONUS shipping included.
