I picked up the YRP ASL at the STL meetup. I really dig it. It think it is more of a morning or long afternoon/night out ASL. It has good lasting power. Little did I know that there was a matching soap on the market. I need to pay attention more I guess.

Yes, it was a LE last year. I seem to recall there being notice on DFS and fairly generous pre-order period so enough soap could be made to match the demand. When I see LEs like this with two artisans I really like, I just buy. Maybe I should have bought two?

Thats the beauty of the pre-order system for LEs - we customers pre-order as much as we want and then the artisan makes enough to meet the demand with maybe a few spares for the people that missed the boat. That way if you order more than one, you aren't depriving anybody of the opportunity to get one. The other approach to LEs where the artisan makes a set number and then releases them at a pre-determined time and date has the draw back that if someone orders more than one then somebody else isn't going to get one. The latter example truly is a "limited Edition" while the former is really only limited to what the market will buy. I realize that its important to some to have exclusive things that others can't get but I've found that my enjoyment of a product isn't really influenced by extraneous factors such as whether a few people or a few thousand are also enjoying the product.
