The knot is 24/25mm of Shavemac 3 band Silvertip.  The loft is set low at about 48mm.  The picture below does not begin to capture the beautiful handle material. It is TruStone, so real Jasper and feels very nice.  This brush began life as an actual Shavemac Beehive in ivory resin.  I LOVED the knot, but not the handle.  The ergonomics were not excellent, but the knot had great tips with nice backbone.  So, I had seen the Jasper material on Bob Quinn's site.  I asked Rudy Vey to acquire the material, make me a beehive, and transfer the knot using his lathe.  It is a beautiful brush on all accounts.  I am selling it to help fund some of my other den purchases.  The new price is difficult to assess given the origin of the brush.  However, a new Shavemac beehive would be approximately $128 and Rudy charged me $100 for his work.  The Jasper is more expensive than resin. I am asking for $165 shipped in the USA. REDUCED TO $149. NOW $139. SOLD!

Added some new pictures, which still don't do the brush justice. It is really very pretty. You can also see the knot when both wet and dry. It is very nice!
