Nope. As a former distiller, I can tell you that Lynchburg might be the most offensive answer possible . It's in Tennessee and is the site of Jack Daniels...Tennessee WHISKY

Not really sure if this is correct but while stationed at Ft Knox, lived down in Elizabethtown and one day headed to Lexington stopped in Bardstown(?) for breakfast and waitress told it was the crown jewel of bourbon making and it all started in here.

Brush is sold. Thanks for humoring me everyone! It's debatable as to the true birthplace, but many here in KY credit it to Elijah Craig in either Georgetown, KY or nearby Bourbon County, KY.
