Want to Sell Flow Restrict Bottle Stoppers

These are metal bottle stoppers with a rubber gasket. The top screws off to allow the cologne, aftershave, or hair tonic to be shaken into the palm. There are three of them available. They are from Penhaligon's bottles but no doubt will fit some other brand bottles too. I don't believe these are available anywhere retail. $7 shipped CONUS each.
