How is the knot on the shavemac? Is it firm, very firm, stiff? Looking for a strong backbone. What is the knot loft?

It has a nice firm backbone, but not overly stiff like some say the D01 is. I’m not certain of the loft, but it seems standard for a 26mm brush.
