Niro884, I’ve had the I Coloniali refill in my Amazon shopping cart for the last few months, just to see what happens to it. For a while, they listed it as available, but with the added notice: “Usually ships within 1 to 2 months.” Then, some weeks later, the availability changed — the soap was listed as “Unavailable”.
Well, suddenly it’s possible to buy this soap directly from Amazon again (at $19.00), but notice that once again it says “Usually ships within 1 to 2 months”. So I guess it remains to be seen whether they will actually be able to send a soap 1–2 months after a purchase, or if the soap is truly unavailable, at which time I assume they would just refund the purchase price.
(I’m tempted to make the purchase and see what happens.)

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Don't bother. They'll just refund your payment.

Thanks
Do you have an unopened Yardley Black Label Shave Soap? If so, we have a trade.

I wonder why it was listed as “Unavailable” there for a while, and now it’s back to “Usually ships within 1 to 2 months,” but I suppose that’s just an Amazon quirk.(07-28-2017, 08:51 AM)Matsilainen Wrote: (I’m tempted to make the purchase and see what happens.)Don't bother. No quirk! That is called Jeff Bezos marketing to keep their online dominance in search listings. I Coloniali is gone for whatever marketing reasons killed it. It wasn't even announced until BULLGOOSE couldn't reorder and Phil made like Janis Joplin singing GET IT WHILE YOU CAN and buyers were paying for full clay container units just to get refills.

Ok, we get it, you don't like BG anymore, but it was Paul@Connaught who made some posts and informed the forum members prior to that. Most vendors were already or almost out of stock. G&C sold almost 50 pots in a day.

No, you don't get it Nikos. IF you GOOGLED my posts AS I am told to when your encyclopedic memory of posts fails you would find my reply to GOLFHACKER's 07/07/17 post on ASYLUM razors. Other members made negative comment VS Phil without condemnation. I replied on 07/08/17 Defending his choice based on product performance without personal animosity. My comment above was based on MY primary source of information on the discontinuance of I Coloniali which was Phil.
