Thanks for the feedback, Andrew. We use a low number of ingredients for the formula of the scents, as our soap is catered for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. Most scent ingredients used in the market are actually one of the biggest factors for sensitive skin. Our combination of ingredients used to produce the scents is also the least compared to most in the market. Shawn, the founder of MSC, has extremely sensitive skin. Hence, our formulas are made accordingly and go through months--even years sometimes--of trials before they hit the market, also the biggest reason we have so few scents options. We understand people are used to a certain type of scent that's more palpable, which we cannot satisfy because of the reasons explained above. I hope that helps to explain why you may have found our sent synthetic. We use organic, natural ingredients; synthetic ingredients are bad on sensitive skin.
