This is for discussion only as I have no plans of purchasing a Timeless Razor at this time.

The other day I was browsing the BST and someone was selling an ATT head.  The sell mentioned what you could purchase a used one from ATT with that price and then their asking price.  I have known for some time that ATT sells used/returned items on their site at a reduced price. This got me thinking that I have never seen anything with regards to what Timeless does with items returned to them.  When reading threads on which blade gap to go with or which base plate to order you often will get the response  get both try them out and then return the one(s) you don't like/want.  Given that this razor has been sold for some time now I'm sure many have taken advantage of their return policy but I have never seen mentioned what happens to those returned items.  I have never seen an option to purchase anything but new items on their site.

I know I can send them an email but just thought I would throw it out there.  Has anyone ever heard anything or contacted them about returned or refurbished items?

I thought Timeless was listed as a Merchant on here but I did not see them.  If I missed it please feel free to move this thread.

Asked Matt that question; he claims they distribute them to employee friends and family. Why I really like trying from an owner before buying. Just seems moral hazard to return perfectly good razor to mfr simply because of preference.
