The Timeless for me was much smoother than the Karve but I never tried anything below a c plate. I sold my .68 because it was to mild for me. I love the titanium 95 because I also have sensitive skin but find it better for me to use a more efficient razor so it takes less strokes so I get less irritation. Definitely work on your technique as that will help you tremendously.

Thank you for reply titanium 95 that a big gap from 68 I don’t know if there is difference between stainless and titanium material wise I know and do understand but that might me big gap for me to shave again I could be wrong

Also each blades matches razor and skin that’s for sure to my knowledge and experience

I like head of timeless razor very nice design and top cap when you close you get letter T kinda lol
And it’s nice handles too as well yes little bulky but if I go titanium might be good choice to start

I am not suggesting you get the 95, although it is a great razor and not aggresive for me but it may not be for you. The 68 is very smooth and might be great for you if you prefer mild razors. I love my titanium because it feels softer and better on my skin. Hope this helps.

Do look into the Henson razor. The Henson razor holds the blade just as rigid as the Timeless razors while being a tad more efficient than the Timeless .68 SB. If you are set on the Timeless, I would suggest you get the .95 blade gap in Titanium or the .68 blade gap in Stainless Steel. I believe the heavy weight of the SS adds to the efficiency and the Ti makes the .95 blade gap feel softer/milder.

Thank you for advice will try to get it and give it a try. Maybe 95 is smoother on titanium not sure but without trying won’t know that’s for sure.

You can always order both base plates and if one doesn't work out for you recoup most of the funds in the buy/sell/trade.

Here is a photo of the Timeless .95 side-by-side with the Rockwell 6s (#6 plate). They aren't exactly the same, however you can see they're close. To me, they feel about the same in use. The Rockwell might be a tad more forgiving, but that's splitting hairs (no pun intended). If you really want a Timeless, consider checking out the "scratch & dent" section of their website. While there are no guarantees of not getting a blemished part, I can't find anything wrong with mine, and a number of other reviews claim theirs were excellent condition.

Now that FaceScraper mentioned it, a Rockwell 6S would be a good choice with the extra plates/gaps. Mine is a good shaver and you can experiment from mild to wild.  Smile
