Oh, bummer. On the bright side, a new one is only $15 more ($120).

Yes, It went to the very first PM/Response I received.

I just didn't want to go through the trouble of trying to keep a second Bronze pristine. Part of the joy is watching it patina. Great shave this morning and the patina is just starting it's journey. The .38 gap combined with the base plate design is the star here. They clearly spent a lot of time designing this model.

Cheers Dan!

Also one of the reasons to let it patina naturally is some of them are delivered with some very light patina already starting. Mine has it on the bottom of the baseplate and sides. I'm guessing these Timeless models will change color pretty quickly. Maybe some of our resident metallurgists will chime in!

I think people should definitely let it patina, and that's my plan as well. That said, it's absolutely gorgeous when all shiny - it looks like gold, thanks to the specific alloy (C954 aluminum bronze). I went into the metallurgy quite a bit in my review... Mine's only got three shaves into it, but it's starting to patina slightly already.

I have every version of the Timeless .95 and love them. I know Matt posted they may or may not make other levels for the bronze but I sure hope they make one that is closer to the.95.

I'm happy to see that we can use the word "wolfman" and it not result in the thread being shut down.

More importantly, im getting the sense that the aggression level is near the .68, but I only own .95's...so is there another razor that comes close to a Timeless at the .68?

I'm on the fence about picking up a Broze Timeless, but there offerings are boarding on the "too good to pass up."

I've pretty much shaved with everything so toss it out there, give me/us your thoughts.

Meant Timeless 0,68 sb and Feather ss are close in my experience. Maybe Feather little less aggressive or bitey when using Feather blade and careless technique
